Cornstarch Nail Bleeding Remedy
A pantry-staple fix for the small, common mishap of clipping a nail too short — cornstarch helps stop the bleeding quickly when a proper styptic powder isn’t on hand.

Ingredients
Plain cornstarch
A clean cloth or cotton ball

Pour a small mound of cornstarch onto a clean surface.

Hold firm, steady pressure for 30–60 seconds.

Reapply if bleeding continues, holding pressure again.
