Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (jar layer)
1/4 cup powdered milk (jar layer)
1 egg (added at baking)
1/2 cup water (added at baking)
2 tbsp vegetable oil (added at baking)

Layer flour and powdered milk into a jar for gifting, with baking instructions attached.

To bake: preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and empty the jar’s dry mix into a bowl.

Whisk in egg, water, and oil until a firm dough forms.

Roll to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into shapes.

Bake 25 minutes until firm and golden, then cool completely before serving.
Storage Tip
The dry jar mix keeps for months unrefrigerated; baked biscuits keep two weeks in an airtight container.
