Pupsicles
A frozen broth-and-fruit pop on a stick, made for hot summer days — a refreshing, hydrating treat that’s easy to make in a standard ice pop mold.
Pupsicles
Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: Freeze 6+ hours
Yield: 6 pops
Ingredients
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup diced watermelon (seedless)
1/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
Directions

Blend broth, watermelon, and yogurt together until smooth.

Pour into ice pop molds, leaving a little room at the top.
2.
Insert sticks and freeze at least 6 hours, or until fully solid.
3.
Run the mold briefly under warm water to release the pops.
4.
Serve outdoors, as pupsicles melt quickly.
Storage Tip
Keeps in the freezer for up to one month.
