Saltwater Gum Rinse
A mild saltwater rinse for occasional minor gum irritation — not a substitute for regular tooth brushing or a dental checkup if redness or bad breath persists.

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1/4 tsp non-iodized salt

Dissolve salt completely in warm water.

Dampen a soft cloth or gauze pad with the solution.

Gently wipe along the gum line where irritation is visible.
3.
Avoid swallowing large amounts; a light wipe is sufficient.
4.
Follow up with a vet visit if gums remain red, swollen, or bleed easily.
