A reader-favorite house recipe named for four dogs whose combined taste-testing settled on this exact mix of oats, cheese, and bacon bits.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine oats, cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl.

Mix in egg and oil until a thick dough forms.

Drop rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly.

Bake 20 minutes until firm, then cool completely before serving.
